We aim to keep delivery costs to an absolute MINIMUM and use Australia Post for all our delivery services. We have an estimate price for the delivery within Australia which is as followed:

QLD: $9.95 

NSW, VIC & SA: $11.50

TAS:, NT & WA: $12.50

*Registered Post: + $2.50

To minimize delivery costs, we do not automatically insure or register* our freight, however, if you would like to insure or register, this can be arranged at an extra cost. Please contact us for a quote and we can add this to your order. We accept NO responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

We process your order within 48 hours of receiving it and actual delivery should be within 4-8 working days for orders paid via Credit Card.  Orders paid via Direct Deposit, Money Order or Personal Cheque will only be despatched once payment has been received and cleared. 

International

Each product has been individually weighed and postage has been adjusted according to the current Australia Post charges, based on actual weight and delivery address. That means that generally you are charged the exact cost applied to us to post your order.  To keep your freight costs to a minimum, we do not add any additional costs for the time our staff takes to process your order!

Orders are posted Australia Post Airmail, and usually take 10 to 14 business days to reach their destination if paid via Credit Card. Orders paid via Direct Deposit or Personal Cheque will only be despatched once payment has been received and cleared. If we experience a delay in processing your order, we will endeavour to contact you either via email or phone.
